Whether you are new to trail walking or wanting to go a little further than normal, we can help you reach the required physical conditioning needed to achieve your desired goals over the coming year. These may be multi day walks such as the Cape to Cape or an extended day walk in the Perth Hills.
We offer both personalised and group training sessions at a variety of bush locations, that will enable you to gradually improve your strength, stamina and confidence.

WHAT TO BRING
Water - at least 2-3 litres per person
Hat and sunscreen
Jacket, rain and/or warmer depending on weather
Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy enclosed footwear
Walking poles - not essential but if you have them please bring them
Snacks and lunch to enjoy along the walk
A cup for a hot drink along the trail
Personal first aid kit
Camera to record your walking memories

ENTRY FEES TO NATIONAL PARK
There are no entry fees payable for this walk.
There is ample parking at the front of the Jarrahdale Cemetry. We will meet across the road at the trail head information sign.
